Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the deposit used to procure raw materials and begin production. A 60% progress payment is due upon completion of production and before container loading, verified by detailed photos and video documentation of the completed order. The final 10% balance is payable upon receipt of shipping documents including the bill of lading, packing list, and certificate of origin. For multi-court projects exceeding €100,000, we offer milestone-based payment schedules with smaller increments tied to production milestones. Letters of credit from recognized international banks are accepted for qualifying buyers. We also work with export credit insurance providers to offer extended payment terms for repeat customers with established trading history.
