Padel Court Buyer Spec Sheet: 12 Checks Before You Pay

Use this sheet as a purchase checklist: every line below states our value, the document that proves it and whether it is standard, optional or confirmed per order. Anything a supplier cannot put in writing here is a risk you carry.

The 12 checks, with our numbers

Values below are for the Classic and Panoramic courts we quote today. Where a figure is set by the order (mesh wire, turf weight, sand quantity) we say so instead of quoting a range that looks like a promise.

Three things buyers usually get wrong

Buyer FAQ

Do you supply 6+6 mm laminated glass?

No. We supply 8+8 mm or 10+10 mm PVB laminated panels (entrance back walls and premium venues) and 12 mm fully tempered glass everywhere else. 6+6 mm is not offered for padel walls.

Is heat-soak testing (HST) included?

It is optional. With HST we supply an EN 14179-1 certificate for the batch and add about one week: made-to-order panels go from 5–8 weeks to 6–9 weeks including sea freight.

Can you send an ISO 1461 zinc coating report?

Yes — a coating-thickness report for the galvanised steel is issued with each order. Typical measured values are 85–200 µm, above the 70 µm ISO 1461 minimum.

Are silica sand and lighting included in the kit price?

They are separate quotation lines: 3–4 t of silica sand (14–20 kg/m²) and the lighting system (8 × 200 W LED with 4 poles). Both are priced in the itemized quote, never hidden in the kit figure.

What is the packed weight and volume of one court?

About 6,150 kg and 13.9 m³ for a single court, packed in A-frame crates. One 40 ft High Cube per court; a double court needs two containers.

How fast can a broken glass panel be replaced?

A panel in stock is one to two days of site work. A made-to-order panel is 10–20 working days of production plus 30–45 days of sea freight — 5–8 weeks, 6–9 weeks with heat-soak testing.
