PeakPadel is the export brand of Shanghai Super Energy Sports Facilities Co., Ltd. We specify and source branded padel court systems from our partner factories in Hebei and Tianjin, China — 8 production lines, 85 production machines, 12,000 m² of workshop and 1,500 court sets a year.

This page covers what can be customised, how an OEM or ODM project is quoted and produced, how we work with distributors and trading companies, which documents travel with the goods, and how to request the OEM price list.
Terms used on this page: OEM — manufactured to your specification and sold under your brand. ODM — the design originates with the producer and is adapted for your brand. MOQ — the minimum order quantity for one configuration or one branded component. Private label — your brand on the product, the packaging and the shipping documents.
Six areas where our OEM buyers change the standard court — from the playing surface to the label on the crate.
Standard 20 x 10 m courts, classic and panoramic models, single or double bays, covered or open, indoor or outdoor. If your market needs a different footprint or a wall-mounted layout, the frame is built to the approved drawing instead of forcing the site to fit a stock court.
Powder-coat colours for the steel structure, turf colour combinations, court markings and contrast lines. Colours are agreed against a reference sample or a colour code before production, so repeat orders match the first delivery.
Your logo can be integrated into the turf, printed on the net band, applied to the mesh banner, and used on identification plates on the structure. Brand files are supplied by you in vector format and approved on a layout proof before the material is cut.
Own-label packing list and carton marking, your product code on every crate, wooden A-frames for the glass, and loading photographs of the container. The packing list can be issued with your company name so the goods arrive under your brand, not ours.
Q235B steel structure with hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating, 12 mm tempered glass, 10 mm or 12 mm padel turf, SUS304 stainless fittings, mesh fencing, LED lighting sets and roof canopies. Pickleball, squash and ball-cage systems use the same sourcing and documentation process.
Foundation drawings, assembly drawings and a 3D assembly manual travel with the order so that your installation crew — or your customer’s — can build the court on site, with remote technical support from our engineers while the works are running.

Between the partner factories and your customers there is one export team: ours. Here is the working sequence on an OEM project.
You send the market requirement: court count, model, roof type, indoor or outdoor, colour and branding wishes. We return a specification sheet and layout drawings for approval before any material is cut. Nothing goes into production against an unapproved drawing.
The quotation is itemised — steel structure, glass, turf, net, mesh, lighting, roof, packing — so that you can build your own price list on top of it. Items that carry your brand (printed turf, printed net band, own-label packaging) have their own minimum quantities and are listed separately, with the MOQ for each one.
Production runs on 8 lines in a 12,000 m² workshop shared by our partner factories. Your own inspector or a third-party inspection company is welcome during production and before loading, and we send progress photographs at the steel, coating, glass and packing stages.
Glass travels in wooden A-frames, steel is wrapped against moisture, small parts are packed and labelled in sets. We issue the loading plan before shipping and photographs of the loaded container afterwards, with the packing list matched to the markings on the crates.
Replacement parts, technical answers and warranty handling continue after the container has been delivered. Distributors who sell repeatedly get the same specification, the same colours and the same drawings, so the second order fits next to the first one.

We publish the rules, not a fictitious number: the minimum and the delivery window depend on what you configure.
An unbranded court in a standard configuration and a fully branded court with printed turf, printed net band and own-label packaging are two different procurement objects. The first is built from material we already run; the second needs artwork approval, a production slot for the printed material and its own minimum quantity. That is why we quote MOQ per line item instead of one number for the whole page.
The same logic applies to lead time. The production slot is confirmed after the drawings are approved and the deposit is received, and the delivery window is written into the contract. The items that move the date are the ones you would expect: a non-standard colour, printed turf or net, a roof model that has to be scheduled, and shipping space in the weeks before and after the Chinese New Year and the European summer.
To quote both numbers accurately on the first reply, we ask for five things: the number of courts, the model and roof type, the destination port, whether the court is indoor or outdoor, and your brand files if the order is branded. With those five answers the quotation can be itemised line by line, with the MOQ and the delivery window attached to each line.
Whether the order is a single padel court for distributors to stock, or a wholesale padel court programme for a club chain, the quotation is built the same way: item by item, with the MOQ and the delivery window written against every line.
Please note that PeakPadel does not publish fixed prices or fixed minimum quantities on this website. Pricing and MOQ are quote-based, because a court is configured for a site rather than picked from a shelf. If you need an indicative figure for a business plan, say so in the enquiry and we will give you a range with its assumptions stated.
Distributors are asked for paperwork by their importers, banks and installers. These are the documents that travel with an OEM shipment, with the issuing party named.
| Document | Issued by | Reference | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tempered glass test report | Tianjin Baisheng Glass (glass processor and issuer of the report) | Report No. B-S2404C1467, tested to EN 12150-2:2004 at the laboratory BEIDE (Shenzhen) | The tempered glass specified for the court walls: the standard it was tested against, the laboratory, and the report number you can quote back to the issuer. |
| Packing list and commercial invoice | PeakPadel export team, Shanghai Super Energy Sports Facilities Co., Ltd. | Per shipment, matched to the crate markings | Quantities, weights, crate numbers and values for customs clearance at destination. |
| Certificate of origin | The competent Chinese authority, applied for on request | Per shipment | Origin of the goods where your customs regime requires it. |
| Steel mill certificates | The steel mill that supplied the plate for your order | Per heat or batch delivered | Chemical composition and mechanical properties of the steel actually used in your structure. |
| Loading photographs | Taken by our team at the loading bay | Per container | What left the yard and how it was packed, before you release payment against the documents. |
How we handle documents. We send the documents that exist for your order, and we name the party that issued each one. Test reports and certificates belonging to a glass processor, a galvanizer or a steel mill are issued by those processors and mills, not by us, and we do not rename them or reissue them under our own letterhead.
If your import checklist asks for a document that is not in the table above, tell us while the quotation is being prepared. We will confirm whether it can be obtained for that order and who has to issue it — rather than promising it after the container has sailed.

Send your court count, target market and brand files — we reply within 12 hours with an itemised OEM quotation, the MOQ for branded items and a delivery window.

OEM means the court is manufactured to your specification and sold under your brand rather than ours. In practice that covers the court model and size, the colour scheme, the branding that can be printed or applied to the court, the packaging and markings, and the documents issued with the shipment. You order the configuration your market needs, we build it, and your customers see your brand.
Yes, within the limits of the materials. Logos can be integrated into the turf, printed on the net band, applied to the mesh banner and used on identification plates on the structure. Packaging can be marked with your product codes and your packing list. Brand files are supplied by you in vector format and are approved on a layout proof before material is cut, so that the first article matches the approved version.
The minimum depends on the line item, not on the page. A standard configuration without custom branding is not subject to the same minimum as a court with printed turf, a printed net band or own-label packaging, because those items require artwork preparation and a separate production run. The MOQ is therefore written line by line in the quotation, and we confirm it before you commit to anything.
The production slot is confirmed once the drawings are approved and the deposit has been received, and the delivery window is written into the contract. The variables that move the date are the ones you would expect: a non-standard colour, printed turf or net, a roof model that has to be scheduled, and the shipping space available around the Chinese New Year and the European summer. Because these variables differ per order, we quote a delivery window per order instead of publishing a single lead time.
The shipment documents are issued in a form you can pass on: packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin on request, steel mill certificates for the steel used, and loading photographs. For the tempered glass we can provide the test report to EN 12150-2:2004, report number B-S2404C1467, issued by the glass processor Tianjin Baisheng Glass and tested at the laboratory BEIDE (Shenzhen) — the report names the standard, the laboratory and the report number, so your buyer can verify it.
Yes. The approved drawings, colour references and branding files are kept against your customer record, so a repeat order is built to the same specification and matches the courts already installed in your market. Replacement parts — glass, turf, net, mesh panels, fittings — can be ordered separately and shipped with a later consignment to keep your stock and your customers supplied.
Tell us how many courts, for which market, with which branding — and we will come back with an itemised quotation, the MOQ for the branded items and a delivery window.
